How it works
The Warm-Up
First, let's have a no-obligations, informal chat to see if we connect. If we do, great! Once I receive the booking fee, I'll send you an information kit and a questionnaire to understand you as a couple and your vision for your celebration.
Our First Meet
We'll catch up face-to-face to discuss your ceremony ideas and piece together your ceremony using the info kit and questionnaire responses. We might also share cute dog pics, hilarious stories, and enjoy some drinks.
Pre-Ceremony Prep
Before the ceremony, I'll send you drafts of the ceremony script and confirm all the details. With everything sorted, we can do a dress rehearsal or run-through with the people involved in the ceremony if you wish.
Vow Commitment Day
On the big day, I'll arrive at the venue 30-60 minutes early to set up and ensure everything is ready. I'll touch base with key players and make sure everyone is on point. If it's a surprise ceremony, I'll mingle with the guests and blend in. Once I get the signal, we'll say the "I do's" in front of your favorite people, evoking cheers, laughs, and happy tears.
The Follow-Up
In the week after the ceremony, I'll reach out with a feedback questionnaire, share a few happy snaps, and reminisce about the big day.

Saying goodbye to a loved one is an incredibly personal and difficult event.
It is important that you can commemorate their life in a way that feel right, and in a way that honours the life they led.
It would be a privilege to prepare a funeral, memorial, or ashes scattering service with you to pay our respects and tribute to your loved one.

Meet you to arrange the service at your preferred location in Brisbane
Provide you with a copy of my funerals, memorials, and ashes scattering information kit.
Help prepare the ceremony of your loved one (including resources for rituals poems, and readings.)
Be available for telephone and email consultation during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and via SMS (text) or email on weekends and out of office hours.
Write and finalise the ceremony to your requirements.
Conduct the ceremony at the venue.
Provide a PA (public address) system and microphone if required.
Travel on the day within 50km of Brisbane city’s GPO (general post office) -anything outside this will incur a fee of $1.00AUD per kilometre.
